Can I order testing on more than one tumor?

Each tumor has its own unique characteristics.  If you would like to test more than one tumor via OmniSeq Comprehensive, a separate order should be placed for each.  To ensure successful submission to insurance, please be sure to document medical necessity for the two different tests.

How can my practice order the test? Can my clinical staff order the test on my behalf?

We want to keep the ordering process simple and efficient.  We accept paper order forms by fax or secure email as well as via our web portal OmniSeq Connect.  Order progress and reports may be viewed through our exclusive web-based portal.

Tests must be ordered by a treating physician or an individual authorized under New York State law to order tests.  An OmniSeq CARES representative will be happy to assist in setting up a process that works best for your clinical practice.

How quickly can I expect results?

The average turnaround time for results in 10-15 days upon receipt of the qualified tumor sample

Results will be available through are exclusive web-based portal, OmniSeq Connect.  An OmniSeq CARES representative will be happy to assist you with creating a portal account.  Results may also be sent via fax or secured email.

How can I connect my patients to clinical trials?

Our goal is to enroll. Our Knowledge Informatics team works to present the most up-to-date information on clinical trials.  An OmniSeq CARES representative will help you learn more and get your patients connected.
